Refunds

Class tuition can be refunded in full up to two weeks before the class start date. Refunds will not be granted after the deadline. Cancellations after the two-week deadline, skipped classes, and registration fees are non-refundable. After the two-week deadline tuition cannot be credited to future class sessions or programs.

Switching Classes

If families find that they have a scheduling conflict and need to switch to another class, they may make the request before the two-week deadline. Please be aware that switching classes are contingent upon space availability in the desired class.

Class Cancellation

MTVarts reserves the right to cancel classes that do not make the minimum enrollment required. In this event, we will notify the families affected by a canceled class with a choice of suitable replacement classes and/or full refunds.
