Disney's The Little Mermaid has been canceled for summer 2023
Due to unforeseen issues with the HVAC project at the Knox Memorial, the venue will not be available. We are exploring options for an alternative show at The Woodward Opera House. Stay tuned for further details.

AUDITIONS:
- Auditions will consist of individual vocal auditions and small group choreography.
- Vocal auditions are limited to 60 seconds.
- Choregraphy auditions - You will learn moves to Under the Sea and a tap routine, then perform in small groups. PLEASE wear proper dance shoes.
- Actors age 16 and older are welcome to audition.
- Choose morning or afternoon session.
- Morning 10AM - Noon
- Afternoon 1PM - 3PM
- Email Production Manager for information on video submission.
CALL BACKS:
- Callbacks will take place at warehouse14. There will be no dance component, only vocals and line reads.
- All callbacks will take place between 1PM - 5PM, but may finish sooner.
- You will receive a phone call the evening of April 15th if you are needed at call backs.
- Casting will take place immediately after callbacks have ended.
- Not everyone will be cast.
REHEARSAL SCHEDULE COMING SOON:
An initial rehearsal schedule will be submitted in a few weeks and will be posted to the audition information page here on the website. If anyone auditioning has any conflicts with major events/performances/tech week, they must include that conflict on their audition sheet. No conflicts will be accepted after we have moved into the theater on June 28. Anyone with a lead role must attend First Friday on June 2. The cast has also been invited to the Fredericktown 4th of July celebration (time TBD.)
- Music will rehearse Saturday mornings from 10AM - 12PM
- Choreography will rehearse Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 6PM - 9PM
- Blocking will take place on Mondays and Wednesdays from 6PM - 9PM

Ariel
A mermaid and King Triton's youngest daughter. She is obsessed with everything about the human world, and dreams of becoming a part of life above the water. Hardheaded, naive, and emotional, but also kind hearted.
